1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with Qet Catering (“Company”), either by using our services, accessing our website, or making an order, you (“Client” or “Customer”) agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Qet Catering and the Client regarding any services provided by the Company.

2. Services Provided

Qet Catering offers gourmet catering services for corporate and social events. The services may include but are not limited to the preparation, delivery, and serving of food and beverages, as well as any agreed-upon additional services such as event staffing, equipment rentals, and setup/cleanup.

3. Quotations and Orders

– All quotations provided by Qet Catering are valid for a period of 30 days unless otherwise specified.
– Orders are confirmed once a signed agreement is received and a deposit of at least 50% of the total invoice is made. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the event date.
– Any changes to the order, including menu changes or additional requests, must be communicated in writing and may be subject to additional charges.

4. Cancellation Policy

– Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
– Cancellations made within 30 to 14 days prior to the event will forfeit 50% of the deposit.
– Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will forfeit the full deposit amount. The Client may be liable for additional costs incurred by Qet Catering in preparation for the event.

5. Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

Qet Catering will make every effort to accommodate any food allergies or dietary restrictions communicated at the time of booking. However, Qet Catering is not responsible for any allergic reactions or adverse health outcomes arising from undisclosed allergies or dietary preferences.

6. Event Conduct

– The Client agrees to ensure that the event environment is safe for Qet Catering staff to work. The Company reserves the right to withdraw services if the working environment is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
– The Client assumes full responsibility for any damages caused to Qet Catering equipment or property by attendees at the event.

7. Force Majeure

Qet Catering is not liable for any failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or pandemics. In such events, Qet Catering will make reasonable efforts to offer alternatives or reschedule the event.

8. Payment Terms

– Qet Catering accepts payments via Wire Transfer,VISA, MasterCards, AmericanExpress, or other agreed-upon methods.
– Late payments are subject to a 5% late fee for every 14 days past the due date.
– Failure to settle outstanding payments may result in legal action and additional recovery costs.

9. Limitation of Liability

Qet Catering’s liability is limited to the total value of the services provided. The Company is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials, logos, and content provided by Qet Catering, whether on the website or in print, are protected by intellectual property laws. The unauthorized use or reproduction of any content from Qet Catering is strictly prohibited.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Querétaro, Mexico. Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Querétaro.

12. Amendments

Qet Catering reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be made available on the Company’s website and shall be effective immediately upon posting.
